Your Tasks
Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails from our customers
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and follow up throughout the entire customer care lifecycle
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage our customers
Your Skills
High school graduate, preferred higher
Advanced English skills will be an asset
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
