As a Materials Planning Manager you will be responsible for MPP team in South Cone (Argentina and Brazil) to guarantee the raw material availability on time to cover clients needs with high quality inventory and low cost.

Your key responsibilities

  • Identify, define and lead initiatives into Planning and Supply Chain overall that can impact materials flow.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, systematically analyses data and solve problems.

  • Achieve profitability, cash and service level targets if relevant.

  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.

  • Manage and meet deadlines and multi-task activities.

  • Define, implement, and monitor Planning KPIs to improve the efficiency of the team.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in supply chain management.

  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish (advanced proficiency required).

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain a team of planning analysts.

  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration across teams.
