We are looking for a creative and engaged Internal Communications & Culture Partner. You will contribute to our organization's continued success by partnering with team members to bring a strategic discipline to leading and elevating communications and employee engagement within a passion-filled and customer-centric organization. You will be a member of the HR team, reporting to the Director of HR Business Partner. You will support the Financial Services and Data departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy to strengthen our mission, while supporting employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.

  • Use our internal tools and systems (Dynamic Signal, MS Teams, Sharepoint) to develop metrics and measure the impact of strategy.

  • Partner with your team and peers across Experian to ensure that the communications strategy aligns internal and external messaging, branding priorities and corporate communications plans.

  • Produce high-quality written and visual content (videos, newsletters, posters, PowerPoint presentations, intranet articles).

  • Be an advisor to the leadership team b advising on new issues and untapped opportunities

  • Have an invested interest for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, partnering with the appropriate teams and Employee Resource Groups (https://www.experian.com/careers/experian-life/working-at-experian) to always evolve our internal communications and engagement practices in accordance to our diversity goals.

  • Establish collaborative relationships with the Culture Team, contributing to execution of companywide engagement campaigns and events.

  • Must live in Southern California and able to work hybrid from Costa Mesa 1+ times a week

  • Able to provide previous writing and video portfolio samples

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or related field

  • 3+ years of translatable experience in a position supporting multiple levels of leadership

  • Demonstrated experience translating insights into action plans and results

  • Experience writing, editing, and proofreading in English.

  • Visual arts, design and video editing background with portfolio. Experience working with Canva for image and video.

  • Internal Communication Platforms (e.g. Dynamic Signal)

  • Advanced familiarity with MS Teams (e.g. MS Teams Town Hall, Events, MS Teams Groups)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
