Minimum/Required Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree in a field relevant to the responsibilities of the position. Minimum of two years of experience in related roles (e.g. career development, academic advising, teaching, recruitment/HR, coaching, communication, etc.). Minimum of two years of experience developing and facilitating trainings, educational modules, and materials on complex topics both in person and virtually. Demonstrated ability to function as part of a team and to plan, organize, evaluate, manage, and delegate details associated with specific programs. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a broad range of constituents, for example, students, supervisors, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (e.g. presentation experience). Experience creating and executing programs or managing large projects. Demonstrated competency to oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
