Minimum Qualifications Two years of technical or professional-level experience advising and/or instructing the public concerning specific programs or processes, monitoring programs, or performing participant reviews. Additional Required Qualifications Experience with highly regulated programs involving some or all the following: advising on eligibility, performing eligibility assessments, certifying eligibility requirements, etc. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently. Knowledge and experience in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability and demonstrated interpersonal and intercultural communication skills with ability to work effectively with people of various ethnic, cultural, educational and socio-economic backgrounds. General mathematics skills for calculating tuition and fees.
