Minimum Qualifications This classification requires a basic foundation of knowledge and skills of equipment and systems that would normally be obtained through an associate of arts degree in electronics or industrial technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or directly related experience. Additional Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability to problem solve solutions for event based audio-visual equipment in a timely manner. Ability to think quickly in time sensitive situations. Knowledge of set-up, tear-down, and maintenance of latest technologies in audio visual equipment. Demonstrated ability to teach and train others in proficient use of audio-visual equipment. Demonstrated extraordinary customer service, courtesy and diplomacy.
