Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3 years of experience in an information technology related field. Knowledge of and experience in working independently in Slate CRM or other CRM technology and the accompanying knowledge of data logic and query tools. Demonstrated ability to take business requirements and use them to formulate technical design. Ability to communicate clearly and a willingness to work with, assist, train and share knowledge with university stakeholders. Experience interacting with and/or providing service to people with different backgrounds, perspectives, identities and life experiences. The ability to respond to changing business needs and learn quickly. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a customer and student-centric approach, as well as the drive to improve the functioning of the Oregon State University graduate Slate instance.
