Stahlbush Island Farms Sales Representative in Corvallia, Oregon
The mission for this position is to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Develop and implement marketing plan which will meet business goals of expanding customer base. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Responsibilities
Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals
Assist in traveling for the following:
Food shows
Broker trainings
Store visits
Retail meetings
Assist Department Manager on the implementation of company market plans as needed.
Responsible for outsourcing and developing customer relations and referrals
Assist Department Manager in maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, closed sales and follow up
Enter and coordinate sample requests
Complete tradeshow planning and packing
Answer all consumer emails and calls
Assist with Direct-to-Consumer packing, order issues, freight claims etc.
Review Brokerage monthly
Manage dry storage inventory and handle reordering of marketing materials
Take comprehensive notes during weekly retail and marketing meetings
Enter all e-reqs, track payments and communicate to customer on status
Complete understanding of all retail lines
Assist Department Managers with R&D on new products and packaging for Retail
Perform other duties as assigned
Adhere to all company policy and procedure
Minimum Qualifications
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Ability to operate independently within defined parameters with little or no supervision.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm.
