General Shop Utility
A full-time position with Redding Reloading Equipment in Cortland NY for a general shop position which will function in a variety of areas requiring basic manufacturing skills. Some light machining such as running a drill press or debur and polishing operations may be included in a day as well. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining the facility and unloading or loading trucks in a loading dock. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided. The company has a 4 day, 40 hour work week, competitive pay structure between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, plus overtime when needed. Hours are 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday. Overtime, if available is on Friday and will be requested on a weekly basis. The company offers a comprehensive benefit package available after introductory period, including health, dental, prescriptions and eye care. Paid holidays after introductory period and paid vacation after one year of service, paid sick time, paid family leave and a short-term disability plan are also offered after the introductory period.
