Kelly Services Production Associate in Cortland, New York

Production Operators Needed! (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Location : Cortland, NY

Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday) & 3rd Shift (Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate : $17.75 per hour

Employment Type : Temp-Hire

Key Responsibilities :

  • Packaging Finished Goods: Ensure products are properly packaged according to quality standards and ready for distribution.

  • Movement of Materials: Assist in the movement of raw materials and finished goods to and from various areas of the warehouse.

  • Quality Assurance Inspections: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Release & Hold Product: Responsible for the release or hold of finished goods and raw materials as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Ability to perform all responsibilities in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and reach up to 72 inches repeatedly.

  • Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Excel and Word.

Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.

  • Must be able to handle physical work and be comfortable with repetitive lifting and movement.
