Personal Care Provider
Duties: Will be going into patients homes. Will be cooking, cleaning and helping do personal care for client.
Requirements: Will train
Other requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older due to company's insurance. Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and own transportation. Be able to pass background check and drug testing.
Wage: 17.00 per hour
Days and hours: Employer has both full-time & part-time positions available 20-40 hours per week. Schedules vary and will be discussed at interview.
Location: Cortez & Mancos areas.
