Comprehensive Compensation Package:
- Pay Rate: $37.31-$47.99 per hour - depending on experience

Responsibilities
Shift Process Technician Role you will repair and maintain Printers, Packaging equipment and various other mechanical components. Must have mechanical knowledge, ability to perform diagnostics, testing and repairs.
Perform preventative and planned maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the PRINT process to ensure the integrity of Production equipment.
Ability to expedite repairs on breakdowns.
Ability to understand and interpret mechanical prints, drawings and schematics and execute and complete maintenance service instructions.
Assist with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and/or development of Maintenance procedures (SOP’s)
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair/maintain all Printers and auxiliary equipment for the Print processes including PM’s, printers, labelers, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Modify new and existing equipment to improve productivity and assist with capital upgrades.
Maintain housekeeping in areas of assigned responsibility to ensure a safe, clean and neat work environment. Understand and follow the 6 S system.
Use the maintenance software and program to accomplish work assignments.
Follow company safety procedures and policies.
Learn all the process involved in operating and meeting production and quality goals on printers.
Ability to operate boom lift and scissors lift
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Skills: Must be knowledgeable in pneumatics, blueprints/schematic readings (mechanical), using shop equipment, and fabrication.
Internal candidate must possess the level of Print SOS3, Forming SOS, Inline SOS or Two-year Mechanical Experience and mechanical knowledge.
Ability to read measuring devices and knowledge of pneumatics and vacuum systems.
Must possess background with experience in troubleshooting.
