Summary You will serve as a COLLABORATION, SUPPORT, & SOLUTIONS TECHNICIAN in the INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIR TRAINING HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT GRP. Responsibilities You will provide assistance for collaborative support and services to include the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, SharePoint online applications, and Windows SharePoint Services applications. You will build and foster virtual teams across the command, components, partners, and civilian agencies to enhance collaboration and promote knowledge sharing. You will provide collaborative support and service capabilities by supporting, maintaining, and modifying policies, projects, and portal environments to accomplish the mission. You will develop and deliver requirements and specifications from in-depth discussions with end-users and review proposed changes to existing collaborative environment for impact on resources. You will develop and implement solutions utilized within the collaborative environment and training program for operational users and evaluate alternative methodologies for analysis, implementation, and problem solving. You will retrieve intellectual data to develop, maintain, and enhance decision support briefings, tools, and metrics used to assists senior leadership with decision making efforts. You will evaluate, assess, and analyze resource, workload, customer satisfaction, and data to develop alternative courses of action supporting evaluative efforts provided to senior leadership. You will analyze data flows, dependencies, and relationships in order to identify ways to improve efficiency and quality of collaborative business process. You will develop business intelligence practices that enable a data centered approach to identifying, retrieving, evaluating, and sharing enterprise knowledge to meet mission objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing online collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, and One Drive, SharePoint, Flank Speed) to assist in knowledge sharing in support of an organization's mission.
