Conviva Clinic Manager - Conviva - Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, Texas

Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, seeking a Primary Care Clinic Manager, that develops and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and works closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes and company initiatives including but not limited to Quality, HEDIS / STARs, AHCA, financial management and employee and patient retention. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Job Functions

  • Meets operational standards by contributing to and implementing strategic plans.

  • Meets financial standards by providing annual budget information.

  • Organize office operations and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Assesses customer satisfaction with services and resolves complaints.

  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.

  • Recommends programs, services, and maintenance requirements.

  • The ideal candidate must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and supporting the cultural at Conviva.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree , preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field; or in lieu of bachelor's degree 5+ yrs. Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience.

  • Must be able to work at the Conviva Care clinic located at: 5317 S Padres Island Dr Corpus Christi, TX 78411

  • 3+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group.

  • Value Based Care knowledge.

  • Direct leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor teams.

  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff.

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Knowledge of and experience working with Provider Communities.

  • Medicare knowledge

  • Managed care experience

  • Proven ability to function effectively in matrix management environment and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

  • Solid understanding of medical care delivery, managed care financial arrangements and reimbursement.

  • Experience managing a budget of $500,000 Working hours : Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$52,500 - $72,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
