Insight Global BIM Designer in Corpus Christi, Texas
Job Description
A premiere client of Insight Global, who is a leader in the EPC industry, is seeking a BIM Designer. This designer will be joining the Civil group. They will be collaborating with a team of engineers, drafters, designers, and project managers. This position is responsible for revising existing drawings and preparing drafts from field drawings of basic components from explicit verbal or written instructions. Additionally, you will perform various phases of planning, proposal preparation, site evaluations, analytical designs, report preparation, specifications, and preparation of construction documentation and environmental plans as part of a project team. This position will work on various projects with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients. This person must have a high sense of attention to detail and the desire to learn and grow within a company.

Skills and Requirements
2+ year of 3D design or drafting
2+ years of design experience within civil practices (civil/site, grading, utilities, roadway, water, etc.)
MicroStation or Civil3D experience null
