Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST/SEAL SKILLS ANALYST of NLEAD. Responsibilities You will interpret and analyze statistical reports using multiple systems You will analyze data to resolve problems affecting administrative programs or requirements You will develop metrics for tracking results and improvements within an organization. Formulate objectives and priorities and implement long-term organizational plans that take into consideration environment, resourcing, capabilities, constraints and goals and values of the organization Apply quantitative/qualitative methods, fact finding and investigative techniques to equip managers with objective decision making information on the administrative and programmatic aspects of assignments. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge and proficiency with the Navy Enterprise Training and Personnel Databases (CeTARS and NSIPS). 2) Utilize Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Project and related software (e.g. Business Objects); 3) Data collection and metric development using the data gathered; 4) Prepare reports and present findings to senior level managers; 5) Must have comprehensive knowledge of and understanding of the SEAL Career Path and SEAL job descriptions, job profiles, and skills standards; 6) Must have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the NSW, Navy, DOD and SOCOM organizational structure.
