Description
We are hiring for a reliable Accounting Assistant who will work directly with the financial team to manage day-to-day financial operations and create financial reports and statements. The Accounting Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. You will collaborate closely with the financial team to execute financial functions including payroll, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts.
Manage the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process.
Ensure that all invoices are matched to purchase orders.
Assist in the development of annual operating budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with accounting software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
