Job Title: Chain Claims

Job Description

Review, validate, code, and perform data entry for distributor bill backs regarding monthly promotions.

Engage in frequent correspondence with the sales force and/or distributors to clarify or request backup for monthly deals.

Process invoices for payment and validate or analyze backup reports against invoices and promotions.

Research missing backup documents, such as Promo Agreements and chain alerts.

Enter data into Vistex (SAP) and contact distributors or regional managers for additional information. Process revisions as needed and train distributors on bill back submission.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails from the sales team and distributors.

Maintain files, which may require heavy lifting, frequent walking, and bending. Participate in special projects as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • accounts payable experience

  • Excel (pivot tables/v-lookups)

  • data entry

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar, or relevant years of experience.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Corona , California and some days remote
