Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing chargeback deductions, credit and debit memos within SAP, and researching deductions and claims backup. The role involves validating claims against promotions, resolving pricing and quantity discrepancies, and communicating with the sales force for problem resolution. Additionally, the specialist will file claim disputes, follow up on repayments, document claims status, and perform data entry. Additional duties may be assigned as determined.

This is a Contract-to-Hire for permanent placement after 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Corona , California and some days remote.

Work Environment

The role requires effective communication with the sales force and meticulous attention to detail in documenting claim statuses and resolving discrepancies.
