*Youth Service Provider *Pay: $15.50-$16.50

*Senior Youth Service Provider *Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 

*Tuition Reimbursement After completing the three-month orientation period, employees are eligible for reimbursement for their approved education courses taken during off-duty hours. All employees must have worked an average of 20 hours per week during the three months preceding the request. Employees must apply in writing and receive approval before the course starts. Reimbursement is based on course grade. The maximum reimbursement is $2,000 per year.

Nature of Work: The Youth Service Provider provides a variety of activities that are designed to restore, rehabilitate, and support a child/youth's developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community. Activities are "hands-on" and task-oriented.

The Senior YSP provider also provides community-based services to children and families who may have difficulty engaging in formal office settings but can benefit from home and/or community-based rehabilitative services.   Minimum Qualifications: • The Youth Service provider must be at least 18 years old and have at least a High School Diploma, GED, or State Education Commencement Credential (SACC or CDOS). Experience working with youth is preferred  • The Senior Youth Service provider must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field plus two years of applicable experience in children's mental health, addiction, and/or foster care. • Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance, and OMH Criminal History Review for criminal convictions. • Must possess a valid/clear driver's license and dependable vehicle.
