Master Builders Solutions Specialist Group Accounting in Cornellà de Llobregat, Spain
Master Builders Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist Group Accounting to join our team. As a global provider of chemical solutions for the construction industry, we are committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of our financial operations.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Accounting and Reporting Policies: Oversee and ensure compliance with the Master Builders Solutions Group's accounting and reporting standards, aligning with IFRS.
Expert Interpretations: Serve as a "Center of Competence" by providing ad-hoc IFRS interpretations for business transactions and advising management and group companies.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate the external audit process for the Master Builders Solutions Group and its subsidiaries.
Reporting Requirements: Define and submit internal and regulatory reporting requirements for the MBS Group to the appropriate authorities.
Financial Reporting Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial reporting requirements within the internal control system.
Efficient Reporting Processes: Facilitate an effective, efficient, and prompt reporting process for the group companies.
Financial Analysis: Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the group companies.
Audit Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for auditors during the audit of the consolidated financial statements and the group companies.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Accounting.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IFRS group accounting and reporting.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong economic understanding.
Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills, enabling effective communication in an international corporate environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and consolidation software.
