Description We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in the Telecom Services industry in Cornelius, North Carolina. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you'll be responsible for managing mobile device order fulfillment, tracking, and database management. Your skills in data entry, account maintenance, and inventory tracking will be vital in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the fulfillment of mobile device orders.
• Handle the approval process for mobile device orders.
• Monitor and track mobile device orders using various systems.
• Maintain and manage the asset and inventory database.
• Process mobile device line terminations and suspensions as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, both verbally and written.
• Balance multiple tasks effectively to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to accomplish tasks and manage data.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues in a timely manner.
• Accurately categorize customer fulfillment orders within the appropriate systems.
• Use the correct tools, resources, and processes such as the online knowledge base and escalation paths. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in order fulfillment and order entry.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking and management.
• Strong computer data entry skills.
• Ability to perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.
• Experience in account maintenance and management.
• Excellent data entry skills, including numeric data entry.
• Proficiency in using various software and database systems for data entry.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with the Telecom Services industry is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts if required.
