Tennessee Valley Regional Housing Authority Maintenance Laborer-Corinth (Hickory Terrace) in Corinth, Mississippi
Previous experience as a laborer or maintenance worker is desirable. Must be physically able to perform duties which involve bending, climbing, heavy lifting, and other strenuous activities. Possess ability to operatore tractors, lawnmowers, saws, and small power tools, are to make minor repairs to grass cutting equipment. The ability to travel, operate a motor vehicle, and meet Housing Authority driver approval standards is required. Must have a HSD/GED. Must Be able to travel, operate a motor vehicle, and meet Housing Authority drive approval standards. Loss of vehicle operator license, or insurability by employer, will result in employee not being able to perform the duties of this position.
