We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CRMA or CNA or PSS to join our team. You will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of medical care.
Duties:
-General Housekeeping and Kitchen Chores\ - Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing\ - Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse\ - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (CRMA\'s)\ - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times\ - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients\ - Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using electronic systems such as Point Click Care\ - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care\ - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
Qualifications:
-CRMA preferred but we will train, CNA or a PSS certificate will be needed within 120 days of employment.\ - Previous experience in memory care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred\ - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals\ - Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and ability to maintain accurate records\ - Familiarity with medication administration protocols (CRMA\'s)\ - Understanding of basic physiology and medical terminology\ - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail\ We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement.
