Support - Service Ticketing Coordinator

Contract Position

Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  Contract Duration: 6 months.

Job Description

Tracking and Processing Loss Prevention  Systems, Equipment and Service

General

  • Assist in the collecting and reporting of LP data & statistics on standard intervals and as needed
  • Maintain vendor relationships and interdepartmental business partnerships
  • Participate in training new Loss Prevention Associates on LP Operations processes
  • Provide feedback supporting efficiency and productivity related to Loss Prevention Processes
  • Oversight of event related guard service scheduling and follow up
  • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
  • Must have experience with service support/ticketing platform, JIRA, Service Channels
  • Track progress for all new store installations & service follow up
  • Place work orders as requested for store issues.
  • Track work order numbers and research as needed
  • Utilize applicable software, web interfaces, and/or applications to monitor and update work order status; help maintain user access for applicable systems
  • Regularly update and maintain systems and files to reflect current physical security and alignment attributes
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute reporting related to service status, usage, and productivity

Store Openings, Closings & Remodels

  • Develop and update new store project tracker(s) and SharePoint content
  • Send out new store information and planning docs to DLPMs to align with project timelines
  • Assist in new store system validation and training coordination
  • Review and approve LPTV, alarm and key/core plans for any new and/or remodel store projects as assigned
  • Track LP assets subject to removal and recovery and manage system shut down and maintenance agreement terminations for closing/relocating locations
