Insight Global Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support a multi-national power management client of ours. This lead role will drive all communications and education from the InfoSec Value Chain. Eaton is looking for a dynamic leader to join the InfoSec Value Chain, reporting into the InfoSec Portfolio Value Stream to help drive improved security posture at Eaton. This role requires a high initiative and energy, and the candidate will be responsible for driving organizational change to mature security posture while enabling the business. This role will be responsible for the InfoSec Communication Strategy, communications, marketing of security initiatives & capabilities, and management of the InfoSec Portfolio master documentation.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction in organizational change for the launch of all new InfoSec programs

Oversee security communications to all Eatons

Collaborate and work with stakeholders for successful delivery of the programs (primary stakeholders include leadership from: within the InfoSec, Practices, Cyber Legal, and Corporate Privacy.

Increase business customer awareness of security solutions that will streamline and enable operations.

Create "Roadshow" for marketing security capabilities to educate our customers on all that is available to them.

Collaborate with InfoSec team, peer Value Chain colleagues, customers, and other cross-functional business professionals on large- and small-scale projects.

Manage Communication strategy for InfoSec including branding, appropriate target market, and effective cadence for communications and updates out of InfoSec.

Streamline workflows for all types of communications that need to come from InfoSec, including emergency incident communications.

Assist in Portfolio finance, metrics, and reporting as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree or masters Degree.

 5 years experience in Organizational Change Management role

 Marketing background high energy, good with communication, good with people

 Thought leader in creative way to drive organizational change.

 Experience managing metrics, dashboards and managing performance effectiveness and improvement. null
