Job Title: Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer who is capable of lifting 75 pounds consistently, performing basic math, and standing on their feet for 10-12 hours per day. This role involves working with various materials to create specific mixes, filling bags with dry mix up to 100 pounds, and performing general labor duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Work from a mix sheet to accurately create orders for each client by adding specific pounds of materials.
Fill bags with dry mix up to 100 pounds.
Use order sheets to record all work and verify the correct mix was made.
Move bags (up to 100 pounds) from pallets to workstations and then move finished bags from workstations to pallets.
Perform general labor duties such as cleaning each workstation, moving bags, assisting operators with station setup, and reorganizing inventory when needed.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift 75 pounds consistently.
Proficiency in basic math.
Ability to stand on feet for 10-12 hours per day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in physically demanding labor environments such as oil and gas, steel industry, or construction is preferred.

Work Environment
This is an industrial environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Employees may need to wear a respirator in certain areas depending on the work being done. The job is located in Robinson, with shifts from 9pm to 7am, but employees must be open to working a 5am to 3pm shift when needed, including occasional Saturdays. The environment is similar to working in a steel facility or a brick manufacturing facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
