What does a successful Project Manager on the AccessOne Product Team do?

The primary responsibility of this Project Manager role is to support the product called AccessOne.

The support would entail managing all facets of projects as they come to the product team and to ensure that all milestone dates are met and communication to various parties are performed.

AccessOne is a Fiserv product that is managed and hosted by a contracted third-party development vendor. This role would be interfacing with this vendor on a frequent basis.

This role needs to work with all AO Product team member SMEs that own the knowledge and this role will facilitate all activities to drive projects to the implementation dates.

AccessOne supports our Fiserv ISO Clients. It enables them to Board merchants and perform Account Maintenance on boarded merchants. As well as provides the clients ability to see transactional reporting such as Authorizations, Settlement data, and Chargeback Data. It also has modules servicing Risk Management activities, Residuals and Profitability. AO also offers access to Statements and 1099K Reporting. There are API services connected to this activity as well.

What You Will Do:

  • Primary role would be to oversee all related functions to successfully implement our various product releases. We do between eleven to twenty plus releases a year.

  • Lead meetings with the rest of the product team that own the various modules.

  • Utilize available tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and others to help manage all aspects of our product life cycle.

  • Keep team members on task for Requirement gathering, Specification Review.

  • Lead meetings with Development team

  • Ensure communications with ISO support team members to ensure projects stay on track.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as CSA support for the ISOs Clients, as well as technical teams.

  • Research incoming questions and issues directed to the Product Team and provide status as to progress.

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equal working experience or military experience

  • Experience with Project Management tools, like JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors

What Would Be Great to Have:

  • General Knowledge and usage of FDPOS, Control Center (Business Track/ClientLine Enterprise (CLX), Merchant Manager

  • Project Management certification
