Location: Coral Springs, FL.

Salary: $18-$21.63 per hour (with dental, vision, health, and 401k benefits)

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Operations Wizardry:

  2. Keep our office humming by providing essential support to employees and management.

  3. Procure office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure office equipment is in top shape.

  4. Handle mail distribution and keep our company calendar up-to-date.

  5. People Power:

  6. Be the friendly face during onboarding for new employees.

  7. Review timesheets, approve time off requests, and manage employee files with utmost confidentiality.

  8. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  9. Legal Eagle:

  10. Obtain and renew necessary licenses and permits to keep us compliant.

  11. Ensure our i's are dotted and t's are crossed.

  12. Event Extraordinaire:

  13. Plan and organize office events, from meetings to social gatherings.

  14. You're the mastermind behind our successful conferences!

  15. Financial Guru:

  16. Assist accounting by posting vendor bills and handling credit card transactions.

  17. Keep our financial records accurate and tidy.

  18. Sales Support Superstar:

  19. When needed, approve orders and create daily reports to keep our sales team on track.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in office management or relevant administrative roles.

  • HR Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Organization: You're the Marie Kondo of office efficiency.

  • Tech Whiz: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite experience is a bonus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.

Note :

This role is On-site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Coral Springs, FL.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.63 per hour
