The Teacher/Dorm Resident Assistant for the Miami Montage Communication Summer Camp ( 3 weeks) plans, organizes and implements an appropriate instructional curriculum for students, specializing in Journalism and New Media. The Teacher/Dorm Resident Assistants create and leads an environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. More specifically, the incumbent plans, prepares, and delivers instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. Additionally, Teacher/Dorm Resident Assistant will live on campus in University housing that is conducive to learning, setting rules, creating activities, and managing conflicts for the high school students living away from home during the summer camp.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Journalism and News Media and/or Industry Specific experience required.
