Robert Half Litigation Paralegal in Coral Gables, Florida
Description
Florida law firm is expanding and seeking a litigation paralegal with 3+ years’ medical malpractice experience to join its Coral Gables office. Base salary up to $85,000 plus bonus. Law firm provides full benefits including 100% health insurance, 3% contribution to 401k,no billables, exciting work and a great office environment.
Job duties:
· Ability to manage an independent case load and work as part of a team complex cases
· Experience creating medical chronologies, summarizing depositions, and assisting in all phases of discovery.
· Additionally, the candidate should excel in preparing attorneys for expert-level depositions, mediations, and trials.
· Paralegals with a strong understanding of federal procedures is a plus

Requirements
Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate/Degree OR 3+ years of litigation defense paralegal experience. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE EXPERIENCE required.
In-depth knowledge of Florida laws, court procedures, and electronic discovery.
Experience with all stages of litigation, including intake, discovery, and trial.
Proficient in working with document production, witness files and deposition transcripts and exhibits.
