Description
Dynamic full service law firm is expanding and seeking a Commercial litigation attorney with 2+ years experience in State and Federal Courts. This litigation attorney will work with domestic and international clients in disputes relating to contractual matters, business torts and fraud cases, banking and other financial institutions, franchise and management agreements in the hospitality and other industries, corporate and partnership dissolutions, unfair competition, fraudulent transfers, intellectual property, and real estate-related actions. Requirements
2+ years of commercial litigation experience, ideally from a AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong communication and social skills
Fluency is Spanish is preferred
