The Video Design Manager will be responsible for the management of video personnel and the coordination of video equipment for high end corporate shows.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations in communicating information and providing technical expertise

  • Assist in the flow of video equipment to ensure optimum cost efficiency

  • Assist Scheduling Supervisor with assigning personnel as needed

  • Review quotes as needed prior to their release to customer

  • Promote a work environment that stresses quality of service and product to our customers

  • Supervise video personnel and assist with the hiring of employees and screening of freelancers

  • Seek out and assist in training new video talent

  • Enforce company policies

  • Ensure that safety guidelines are followed and implemented in office and on show site

  • Make recommendations to upper management on future Cap Ex purchases

  • Keep abreast of industry technology

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; and five to ten (5 -10) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination

Travel Requirements

Travel 25% to 50%
