Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Coppell, Texas. This role is crucial in driving the success of our products through the Scrum framework. The Scrum Master will have the responsibility of a Product Owner, along with the coaching and facilitation skills of a Scrum Master. The ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional value to our customers through iterative development and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize features
• Measure product success through data analysis and user feedback
• Champion the Scrum framework, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach the Development Team in agile practices and empower them to self-organize
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress
• Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team Requirements • Possess a valid Certified Scrum Master certification
• Demonstrated experience in product ownership
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions effectively
• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the project
• Experience in planning and managing project initiatives
• Proficiency in software development processes and procedures
• Ability to ensure the team is working within the defined framework
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
