Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Manager, Membership Proposition & Offer" as part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Global Marketing.

Please note the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

In this role you will design, develop and implement a complete membership offering framework as part of an elevated proposition to deliver exciting benefits, experiences and rewards seamlessly across channels and touchpoints!

  • Spearhead the cross-functional creation of an integrated, customer-focused value proposition for grown-ups, driving membership growth and significant commercial impact.

  • Develop an integrated, customer-centric value-exchange that offers compelling reasons for grown-ups to join and stay, leading to high commercial returns.

  • Lead the cross-functional development of the LEGO Group Membership benefits and rewards framework in partnership with PMD, including membership design principles, commerciality and ROI.

  • Partner with the Membership Expansion team to define, develop and operate membership models, including type tiers and revenue opportunities.

  • Lead the definition, development and implementation of benefits and rewards roadmap for best-in-class membership offering for our grown-up audience.

  • Define, develop and implement guidelines for mandatory and optional benefits across markets and channels (e.g. LEGO owned stores, LEGO licensed stores, 3rd party retailers, etc.)

  • Lead the approach to capture and use membership feedback and satisfaction, to help improve and optimise the membership offering

  • Partner with the Segmentation & Lifecycle and Membership Performance teams to use data-driven insights into the design and improvement of existing benefits & rewards and offerings.

  • Collaborate with Product Service Design team to design benefits, rewards and experience offerings aligned with the membership service blueprint.

  • Partner with Senior Manager, Membership Activation & Retention, to ensure relevant benefits, rewards and experience offerings are available across the key moments in membership journeys.

  • Collaborate with Membership Program Operations & Development team to bring member offerings to life.

You will report directly to the Director of Membership Acquisition & Market Activation

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years senior experience of leading best in class membership propositions and offerings in an omni-channel context, delivering customer value and strong commercial results

  • Consistent record of transforming membership offerings, to become fully integrated part of the brand offering

  • Expertise within different membership types (subscription, tiering, freemium), applied in a combined digital and physical context

  • Experience with leading cases for future benefits & rewards, incl. consumer testing, business rationale, investments and impact

  • Experience with navigating and building support among diverse group of collaborators in global company, incl. experience with how to work with product and tech teams

  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities

  • Excels at communicating with senior collaborators (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation

  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
