We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee both our Pall Medical OEM business and our Pall Medical Hospital and Healthcare business across the Nordic region and Netherlands
What You’ll Do:
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating knowledge of the product uses, capabilities and benefits to the customer.
Maintain relationships with current accounts and prospects.
Deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
Use market and product knowledge in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Negotiating terms of supply agreements with customers.
Monitoring and reporting progress towards achieving financial forecasts and other divisional activity.
Support/co-ordinate cross-functional teams, working with the respective departmental managers to ensure that the business needs of the market are addressed.
Ensure sales focus on any new product lines following launch.
Who You Are:
Degree in Science and/or equivalent or business qualification.
Experience of working with Distributors/Resellers in the Medical market.
Builds mutually beneficial relationships and strategies with customers.
Business and financial acumen.
Able to understand a customer’s business and priorities and translate these into business opportunities.
Experienced in key account management, building relationships vertically and horizontally across customer organization.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to travel and work away from home nationally to visit customers and occasionally internationally.
On average 2-3 days per week with customer visits
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Fluent in one or more Nordic languages
High level English language skills
