Description
We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Coopersburg Pennsylvania. This role is crucial for managing our accounting functions, particularly in processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This job offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Administering precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions when necessary
• Conducting reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for
• Utilizing NetSuite for various accounting functions
• Managing cash applications to track and record cash transactions
• Engaging in collections activities as required
• Reviewing and processing numerous transactions individually
• Assisting in the integration of accounting functions for newly acquired entities.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is required
• Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with NetSuite is essential
• Knowledge of Cash Applications is a must
