Twin City Staffing is currently seeking a shipping and receiving lead to join our team in Coon Rapids, MN. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials in and out of our facility, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $28 - $32/hr. Hours: 6 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the shipping and receiving lead: This is a union position with room for advancement within the company. Duties of the shipping and receiving lead: Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50lbs Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers safely Stack and stage incoming products efficiently Perform accurate counts and weights of shipments Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory management Generate packing lists for outgoing shipments Coordinate with freight haulers for pickups Monitor dock schedules to ensure timely deliveries Requirements of the shipping and receiving lead: Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Additional Information: Apply today to join our dynamic team and take the next step in your logistics career!
