About the role: Our Senior Product Development Project Manager plays a crucial role in Lexington's growth. The Senior Product Development Project Manager will report through the sales department and will be accountable for creating programs and pricing of all new products. This position also includes project management responsibilities for the onboarding of new products through our phase gate product development process. The role involves interaction with multiple departments within Lexington, as well as with customers and vendors. This position reports to the Director of Product Development and is based in our Coon Rapids, MN office. Job Requirements: 3+ years experience in manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field. We will also accept an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required. Must have strong project management skills along with being curious, creative, resourceful, and having an entrepreneurial mindset. Must be comfortable making decisions independently. Excellent communication skills in writing reports, business correspondence, instructions, and procedures. Proven ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. Proven ability to work positively on a team, and to function well under general work pressure.
