Accessories Unltd Embroidery Machine Operator in Cookeville, Tennessee
Operates automatic embroidery machines with multiple needles controlled by computer program Select threads, fabrics, hoops and designs appropriate to each project. Set up machines by loading designs, threading needles, and selecting appropriate fabrics and threads Prepare (hoop and frame) all type of garments including hats for embroidery Operate multiple single head Tajima machines Maintain the quality and timely embroidery production and a willingness to do daily maintenance and cleaning when required General assistance in all areas of production, shipping and receiving Stocking threads, fabric, and other materials for embroidery. Must be able to work an 8+ hour shifts and Saturdays if necessary Prioritize orders to determine when projects need to be completed Ensure quality standards by examining garments and determining solutions for any issues
