Waschke Family Chevrolet Service Advisor in COOK, Minnesota
Responsibilities associated with this position will include but not be limited to: initiating and scheduling automotive maintenance and repair services, ascertaining customer concerns, clarifying description of vehicle problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules, developing estimates, using computer to prepare work orders (RO) typing in descriptions of vehicle symptoms/tech notes etc., obtaining customer approval for repairs, explaining estimates to customers, collaborating with technicians, management and other staff, ordering, receiving and distributing parts, arranging towing and temporary transportation. Hours are 8AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday and 8AM - 12:30PM every other Saturday
