KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::

Culinary Excellence

• Execute menu items accurately and efficiently, adhering to standardized recipes and plating specifications
• Maintain consistently high food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Demonstrate creativity in food preparation, contributing ideas for menu development and specials

Kitchen Operations

• Manage your station effectively during service periods, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflows and expedite orders
• Assist with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of food items
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Health and Safety Compliance

• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and storage areas
• Comply with all relevant health department regulations and company food safety policies

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing culinary training to enhance skills and knowledge
• Assist in mentoring and training new kitchen team members
• Stay informed about culinary trends and techniques relevant to our menu offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Proficiency in various cooking methods, knife skills, and kitchen equipment operation
• Strong understanding of food and flavor profiles
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Culinary school training is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a hot kitchen environment
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Dexterity to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available
• Varying shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service
• Weekend and holiday availability required

WAGES:From $19 per hour

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.

Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
