*Job closes 06-18-2024*. Will work in Wood Shop (Laminating and Sizing) Will work 1st shift. Minimum 18 yrs. of age or older. Must pass background check and drug screen. Must have HS diploma or GED. Technical experience is preferred. Must have good communication skills, good basic mathematical skills and good analytical abilities. Must have good teamwork skills, able to meet quality requirements, flexible and able to meet and maintain performance standards. Must be flexible with working hours, including over time. Must be flexible within the department and be willing to flex to other departments as needed. *Job duties include:* Set up and operate technical equipment Set up and operate computer numeric controlled equipment Must be able to read prints and measuring devices Must be able to help troubleshoot equipment Requires some guidance from Team Leader or Production Supervisor Check products for quality and completeness Place parts in specified relationship to each other Work at different workstations to meet production requirements Work under direct supervision on duties and tasks that are standardized, selecting from written instructions and established procedures Resolves routine questions and problems, referring more complex issues to higher levels Must be able to work under minimal or no supervision Minimize the scrapped material being produced by machinery Follow all the safety regulations and procedures Perform all duties of production associate Attend all scheduled safety meetings Maintain good housekeeping in work area Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to read and follow production work orders Report type and quantity of parts made or worked on Perform overtime as assigned Perform other duties as assigned
