Summary Our Corporate Development and Strategy team is seeking to hire a Sr. Analyst / Manager to support our next phase of growth. This candidate will be a part of a fast-paced team working on a wide range of projects. The candidate will support day-to-day activities, including company and market intelligence, financial modeling and analysis, business development, and M&A transaction support. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to define project requirements based on the group's stated goals, and develop creative solutions utilizing available technology and tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Contribute to the execution of cross-functional strategic projects, while taking ownership of select workstreams. * Conduct in-depth market analysis including product and technology offerings, market size and trends, competitive landscape and business models. Synthesize information from various sources to support the business analyses. * Perform financial analysis, including building valuation and market forecast models. * Support corporate M&A activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and integration. * Assist in the development of business cases supporting growth opportunities in new markets and technology areas.
Qualifications * 3-5 years minimum of relevant work experience, preferably in one of the following areas: consulting, banking, corporate development, strategy or business development * Bachelors/Masters in a Quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) * Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines, and work in a high-paced dynamic and often ambiguous environment * Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills preferred * Basic understanding of patent licensing and/or technology development preferred * Excellent professional, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
