job summary:

Manage smaller workstreams for change efforts (supplier enablement, Concur)

Overall change session coordination and executions. (i.e. materials, rooms, schedule, speakers)

Work closely with project manager and other central resources to secure focus on people, change, communication and training as defined in the project plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute consistent programs for invitations, booking rooms, pre-reads, follow ups and

  • attendance tracking for all sessions before Training. Partner with HR for training execution.

  • Contribute to project communications

  • Maintain stakeholder analysis, track change milestones for each user

  • Overall change management status and reporting support

  • Assist the Change team by analyzing change impacts and creating an approach to incorporate them

  • for the overall change program

  • Following up on change critical tasks until conclusion

  • Planning for change in systems integrated with the rollout (Blackline, Vertex), etc if needed

responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, communication and training coordination

  • High proficiency in powerpoint and excel

  • Experience with projects and implementations

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • strong communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Preference for SAP and/or Ariba experience

  • Experience level: Experienced

  • Minimum 4 years of experience

  • Education: No Degree Required
