Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler/Packer where you will be responsible:
• Reads and interprets simple blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to verify assembly process and quality requirements.
• Takes direction from supervisor to understand assembly procedures and production goals.
• Follows assembly procedures to build parts, using hands and small machinery.
• Explains assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
• Positions, aligns, or adjusts workpieces or parts to facilitate assembly.
• Cleans parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
• Packs finished parts for shipment, including labeling and bagging parts, adding the corresponding instruction information, and placing bagged parts into boxes.
• Examines products to verify quality, including Bonnet to Body Testing and ECL Testing.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Conover, North Carolina.
Work Environment
This position is based in a standard production and warehouse environment that emphasizes safety and adherence to SOPs. The facility is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Safety gear such as steel-toed shoes, safety vests, glasses, and ear plugs will be provided. Note: Jewelry is not permitted, and shoulder-length or longer hair must be tied back.
