Tech performs a variety of tasks at any one the five stations to assure that potatoes and potato products meet Company quality standards. The Q.A. Tech reports to the Q.A. Supervisor. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures. * Maintain a clean and orderly work environment as directed by plant policies and procedures. * Must have the ability to work overtime as required. * Must actively practice and abide by all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and general hygiene regulations as outlined in the employee handbook. * The Q.A. Tech II performs a variety of tasks at any one of the five stations to assure that potatoes and potato products meet company quality standards. * Perform attribute tests on both raw and finished products. * Helps to train Quality Assurance trainees. * Responsible for notifying the supervisors as detailed in the procedure manual.
