The State of New Hampshire, Department of Information Technology, Infrastructure and Operations Division has a full-time, vacancy for Technical Support Specialist V.
SCOPE OF WORK: Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Unified Communications hardware, software, and related data communications links. Assists in the implementation and development of LAN/WAN, Unified Communications solutions and creates documentation, standards and procedures to support those systems. Works with Agency representatives to troubleshoot and maintain data/voice communication and connectivity solutions. This position provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting efforts for Unified Communications systems statewide.

Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with a major study in mathematics, computer science, business administration, or a related degree field with at least fifteen (15) credit hours in the field of computer science.
