Our diverse, energetic and collaborative Global Supply Chain Management organization offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic growth-oriented team supporting Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs).

What you will Do:

You will foster relationships with your IOT Performers, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services driving synergy savings opportunities and developing solutions to support our internal RMD customers more efficiently and ultimately the Warfighter. You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts.

This remote role will combine telecommuting with as needed on-site presence. Commutable proximity to one of the Raytheon sites referenced below in the Additional Details section is required.

Supporting Supply Chain activities to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner to include supplier financial, quality, technical, programmatic, and schedule performance

Supporting planning, execution and reporting of material budgets, sales and EAC inputs

Developing and executing a material/subcontract strategy

Supporting development and execution of risk and opportunity management plans, including Raytheon Core six sigma activities

Supporting leadership reviews

Preparation and issuance of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs

Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations

Place subcontracts/purchase orders of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements

Nurture professional relationships with IOT Partners

Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and process improvements (Technical and Quality) in support of flawless supplier execution for programs

Qualification You Must Have:

Typically Requires a Bachelors’ degree and a minimum 5 years’ prior relevant experience in Supply Chain, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum 3 years’ prior relevant experience in procurement or subcontracts.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Bachelor's or Masters' degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or STEM related fields

Experience working together with cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams or experience with project or program management.

Experience working with FAR / DFAR contracts

Experience with task statements and/or Statements of Work (SOW).

Experience executing with Return to Vendor and Depo orders

Experience working within SAP based procure to pay system

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
