Oracle Product Support Manager in Concord, New Hampshire
Job Description
As an OIC Manager, you will have successfully managed in past assignments for several years, in addition to having been an effective technical or professional contributor. You will align with the OIC organization goal of improving product quality working with all OIC teams;, DSE, Engineering, Documentation Team, and Product Management. Overall, you will establish and communicate Support objectives and implement plans to assure attainment while ensuring proper utilization of resources. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. BS (or technical equivalent) is preferred. Five or more years of technical or professional experience in addition to three or more years of experience in a management or other leadership role (preferably in a support environment).
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues

Responsibilities
As a first-level manager who has performed technical or professional duties in a support environment, a significant component of your duties will entail gaining knowledge of policies affecting staff and in development of effective management skills. You will interact frequently with customers and other managers. Bottom line, you will establish and communicate departmental objectives and implement plans to assure attainment of goals. Your team is likely to be comprised primarily of technical or other professionals that maybe located in a different country.
Specifics:
Lead the US Oracle Integration (OIC) US support team 7 - 12 members), partnering with other OIC teams (Product Manager, DSE, Engineering, Documentation), who are critical in delivering a complete customer experience.
Lead the strategy and vision for the support function, partnering with the OIC leadership team to align the team’s direction w.
Identify areas for improvement in Support process and the OIC product by understanding the underlying root causes of inefficiencies and partnering with the rest of the OIC teams to provide resolutions,
Experience hiring, managing, and developing employees
Set career objectives with individual contributors and proactively manage them towards achieving performance objectives (KPIs) while developing the team members against our core competencies.
Lead the advancement of Customer Success processes by maximizing efficiency, values, and customer experiences across the customer base.
Ensure attainment of core KPIs
Act as a point of escalation to ensure prompt to issues and deficiencies reported by customers.
Build strong partnerships across the organization

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
